Excellent service provided by Stephan. My laptop suddenly crashed on Dec 23, 2023, I had no access to any of my files and folders and had no back up. Stephan arrived within one hour, provided me with a great deal of valuable knowledge, retrieved all the files from the broken laptop and neatly transferred them to a new one. I needed a laptop hard drive cloned and the battery replaced, but I was at home and sick. Sim came by and (no contact) picked it up. The job ended up being a lot more complicated on his end (the original hard drive was encrypted, the battery-motherboard connection was busted), but he still brought it back early the next day! Sim kept me updated through the process, and really went above and beyond. Now I can watch movies on my laptop while being sick and in bed. Thanks, Sim!

Amazing company. I had a repair done on an older laptop months ago in Edmonton and they were fast, flexible, and high quality. I recently had problems with my new laptop and used their Calgary service. Their technician (Amery) texted me instructions to solve my immediate problem while they were on a different service call, completely for free, then came to my location to troubleshoot and diagnose the major problem I was having for over 30 minutes – again at no charge.
