    I needed a laptop hard drive cloned and the battery replaced, but I was at home and sick. Sim came by and (no contact) picked it up. The job ended up being a lot more complicated on his end (the original hard drive was encrypted, the battery-motherboard connection was busted), but he still brought it back early the next day! Sim kept me updated through the process, and really went above and beyond. Now I can watch movies on my laptop while being sick and in bed. Thanks, Sim!
